Instructions for Authors
We welcome high-quality submissions that contribute to the advancement of linguistics and language studies. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure smooth processing of your manuscript:
General Guidelines
- Scope: Submissions should align with the journal’s focus, including but not limited to applied linguistics, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, discourse analysis, computational linguistics, and related interdisciplinary fields.
- Originality: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Language: All submissions must be in English. Ensure clarity, precision, and adherence to academic standards.
Manuscript Preparation
Format
- File Type: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- Length: Manuscripts should not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
- Font and Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spacing throughout the document.
Structure
- Title Page: Include the title of the paper, author names, affiliations, contact details, and a short biography (50-100 words per author).
- Abstract: Provide an abstract of 200–250 words summarizing the objectives, methodology, key findings, and significance of the study.
- Keywords: Include 4–6 keywords relevant to your study.
- Main Text: Organize the content under the following sections (as applicable):
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion and Implications
- References: Use APA (7th Edition) citation style. Ensure all in-text citations are listed in the references section.
- Tables and Figures: Place tables and figures within the manuscript, appropriately labeled and captioned.
